Transience 4

The ‘Transience’ series of paintings have a more abstracted and suggestive feel than some of my other canopy paintings. The way that nature is constantly shifting and changing before our eyes is of constant fascination to me. These paintings speak to the impermanence of things – the fleeting sense of movement, light, and atmospheric pressure in the landscape.

Original painting on canvas.

Size of canvas is 70 x 90 cms.

Price includes framing - painting will be framed in a bespoke off white hand made frame very like what is shown here.

Framing adds about 12 cm to the canvas on all sides (the Framed Size of the painting will be approx 94 x 114 cm).

Paintings within Ireland will be delivered free of charge.

Paintings purchased for outside of Ireland will incur some shipping costs. The painting can be taken off its stretcher bars and rolled for shipping in a large postal tube. This is very safe and can keep the cost of shipping low for the customer, as international shipping is very expensive. The painting can then be re-stretched and framed by your local framer.
